2. Please keep your contact phone turned on. A Dispatcher will contact you when the dispatch line opens at 6pm to confirm your order. If we cannot contact you to confirm your ride you may lose your position.
3. If at anytime you wish to cancel this booking please contact us by phone.

Our Dispatch Line Opens at 6pm. Our Dispatcher will contact you after 6pm of the day of your ride to confirm. If you need a ride for a time earlier than 6pm it is recommended that you submit your booking prior to 6pm the day before so that our dispatchers have time to contact you to confirm.
